Gif Creation Help

Can someone tell me how to properly create a Gif? PLEASE! i have tried so many things...and idk what program to use or how to even begin to make one

O and i put this question here because there was no Help Station and this practically falls into Animation ^^

You can use adobe CS3 or image ready... there were also some gif creator sites in the net... and to explain how to properly create a gif file?..

Really?.....crap....idk what to do then...i dont have Adobe CS3.....and as for image ready...is that the Program name? Image Ready? and ive tried a gif creator site....didnt work...kept getting errors

Image ready is also a software... Adobe Image Ready... meant for creating animated gif files... it was included in the Adobe Master CS3 Collection.. from what i know.. Adobe CS5 was available already in the net.

I see....i had downloaded Adobe CS5 but the crack i had didnt work so it expired....

ouh... then.. just download adobe image ready seperately..

this may be asking much but can u provide a link? idk where to download it ive searched but only the official Adobe page came up and i THINK that needs to be purchased...not sure tho...

Gomen... I cant upload the software.. file size is 7.gb... and i cant find any links out there and most of the links were already dead.. only the torrent for the portable version..

Ummm lol i meant What differences are there in the program itself? Is the portalbe one just the Standalone version?

from what i know.. you do not have to install the portable version anymore.. while the program itself needs to be installed first before it can be use...

Its because im using a portable version of dreamweaver in creating webpage's and, practicing CSS and creating Javascripts... i dont have to install the program anymore.. i just run it and im ready to start...

you can download CAMSTASIA STUDIO 7, where it enables you to save video clips to gif images.
the studio itself allows you to edit the video. hope it helps

.......ok so i installed it..opened it...and...well....idk what to do...i tried opening a Video file but i dont have any in .mpg format >_<

try camstasia studio 7, worth a try

...you can open an already existing gif, and modify it,
or you can add images and make a gif...go to the tool bar, and search for add and stuff like that...try!

CAMTASIA IS THE BEST WAY!!!!!1
open a video, produce video, choose animated gif, and put the speed to fast!!!!
and 16-bit or 8-bit colors to make the gif go faster and smoother!!!
