texture editing

? how to modify a texture?
! textures are ; beams, lasers, menus, effects,and pretty much everything you can see...
! textures can be found in the "texture" folder.

#1: open the texture folder.
(you will notice the "PNG" images are unreadable)

#2:to look\modify textures, just decrypt them with the decryptor tool!
(this tool can be found here:http://www.megaupload.com/?d=2H5VQULX)

#3: to decrypt a file\image, just select the file\image and click on "decode"

#4: re- encode it so the game may see it and apply the changes!
(It's that easy!)

#5: to decrypt the whole folder, just click on folder (select=>texture) and click on "batch"!
(don't forget to re batch once you are done editing with your software!)


ps:to edit a texture, you can use allot of soft, i recommend paint.net, because it
support transparent area !(you will need transparency in beam and burners!)

one last thing, if you replace a file, don't forget to make sure the names are identical,
otherwise the game won't read the file.

keep in mind you can erase the original texture and from there make a new one..

another thing, the decryptor you put on download is broken it doesnt launch for me
